What are the public website package prices?
Foundation is $1,497 setup plus $349/month Essential Care. Growth is $3,497 setup plus $599/month Growth Care. Authority is $6,997 setup plus Authority Care starting at $999/month.
Is monthly support required with website packages?
Yes. Foundation requires Essential Care, Growth requires Growth Care, and Authority requires Authority Care. Monthly support keeps website health, visibility review, updates, and check-ins connected after setup.
What is the $200 Custom Software Discovery Consult?
It is a 30-minute phone consult for custom tools, automations, dashboards, portals, AI-assisted workflows, and related software ideas. Before the call, you receive a prompt to prepare a Software Project Brief. The $200 is credited toward the quoted project cost if you move forward.
Are retainers the same as website support?
No. Retainers are separate from website support and are used for custom software, advanced AI implementation, and higher-touch technical work. Website care plans are tied to Foundation, Growth, and Authority website packages.
Do you guarantee rankings, AI search placement, leads, revenue, or traffic?
No. The Local Upgrade improves practical visibility, website credibility, lead capture, and systems within scope, but does not guarantee rankings, AI search placement, leads, revenue, traffic, or business outcomes.
What costs are separate?
Third-party subscriptions, hosting, platform fees, API usage, paid integrations, and data providers are separate unless included in writing.
