What does the AI Readiness Report include?
The report includes a public-facing analysis of your online visibility, trust signals, messaging clarity, and a practical upgrade plan that includes a 90-day roadmap. It does not promise an automated AI product beyond the review and guidance process.
How is a Starter Site different from an Authority Site?
A Starter Site is designed for a focused local website upgrade with clear service messaging. An Authority Site is a higher-scope website build for businesses that need more premium presentation, additional pages, and more detailed content.
What does the founding client promo mean?
The founding client promo offers $300 off Starter Site setup for the first 5 approved clients. It is an early launch incentive and does not change the standard project terms.
What are the monthly support agreement terms?
Standard Tier and Club Level require a 12-month agreement. The first month is charged up front as a deposit. The term starts when the website goes live, and there is no pause option in V1.
How does domain ownership work?
Clients own their content and domains. The Local Upgrade owns code, templates, backend systems, report logic, and workflows. Domains are not held hostage, and any registrations or transfers happen with your approval.
Is the $99 report refundable?
The $99 report is non-refundable once report work begins. Any request for credit or refund is handled at the founder’s discretion if delivery does not meet expectations.
